2-1-1 Reaccredited for Suicide PreventionAAS

Handling crisis and suicide calls is a critical part of the service United Way 2-1-1 offers to state residents everyday. 2-1-1 has just received its five year reaccreditation by the American Association of Suicidology after a rigorous review process. Our call specialists handle over 3,000 suicide-related calls each year and are highly trained in suicide prevention and crisis intervention. 2-1-1 also supports many national and regional suicide hotlines. Dial 2-1-1 and press "1" if you or someone you know is in crisis.
